Outdoor activities usually mean activities done in nature away from civilization, such as hill walking, hiking, backpacking, canoeing, running, kayaking, rafting, climbing, caving, it could be different water sports and snow sports or just spending time with the family.
Going into outdoors it is your responsibility to have the proper knowledge, experience, and equipment to travel safely. You always have to keep yourself safe. Everyone should have a small personal outdoor first aid kit and there should be one more complete kit for the group. Always INSPECT your first aid kit before every outing, make sure the gear is clean and the supply is in good condition, expired medication must be replaced. |
